The city of Glendale is rolling out new payment options on Tuesday, Jan. 19.

The city has implemented a more secure, convenient, and user-friendly online payment system. The new interface provides a range of benefits allowing customers to pay bills faster and easier, while also enhancing security.

The new features include an improved user experience and a “Pay Now” feature that allows for quick payment without having to register for an online account.

Payments can be made via credit card, debit card, eCheck or through digital wallet options such as PayPal, Venmo, and PayPal Credit. The additional enhancements include the ability to securely save your payment information and the opportunity to schedule a one-time future payment.

“We are excited about these changes and they reflect our continual commitment to improving the lives of the people we serve every day,” Glendale Assistant City Manager Vicki Rios said in a news release. “We recognize that customers want flexibility, accessibility, convenience and a user-friendly experience without sacrificing security. We believe these new features deliver them.”

These new payment options are currently available for utility billing payments and business licenses.
